ISI UPDATES – Important Information from the Library

JCR 2014 is Released

Please take note, after this initial annual JCR release, it will be updated weekly with notes about pending additions or adjustments to the JCR data. Citation metrics published in this new release can be considered official JCR data.

All these changes will be uploaded in the JCR application when the dataset is reloaded later in the year. The data is unlikely to change, but should be considered provisional until the data is reloaded later in the year.

Title Suppressions in JCR 2014

Impact factor and other metrics for titles in the suppression list are not published in the JCR 2014 due to anomalous citation patterns found in the 2014 citation data. The titles may be subject for review to determine if they continue to meet the quality and publication standards necessary for inclusion in Web of Science. A list of title suppressions in JCR 2014 can be viewed in:

3. Malaysian Journal of Pathology – newly added as Web of Science indexed journal

Coverage of this Journal in Web of Science is backdated to June 2013, Volume 35(1). The Malaysian Journal of Pathology is the official journal of the College of Pathologists, Academy of Medicine Malaysia. Congratulations to the Editorial Board headed by Editor- in-Chief, Distinguished Professor Datuk Dr. Looi Lai Meng.
