Library TikTok Challenge

The Library TikTok Challenge was held in conjunction with the ‘International Conference on Libraries, Information & Societies 2021’. The objective of the challenge is to see the creativity of TikTokers to come up with the idea on how we can utilize library services or suggest libraries some ideas during this pandemic in line with the ICoLIS 2021 theme ‘Reimagining Libraries for a Post-Pandemic World’.

The competition was held from June 15 to July 15, 2021. This Challenge was opened to all students and staff in Malaysian institutions. Winners selection was based on 70 % of likes and 30% on marks given by judging panelists.

The rules and regulation of the challenge :

The Challenge was able to get 10 Tiktok videos from various institutions. And the winners are :
